The Strategy Manager possesses deep understanding in integrated marketing planning and analysis. He or she takes responsibility in ensuring marketing excellence in all the brands we touch.

An ideal candidate should demonstrate ability to inspire team members to deliver high-quality work. The role will demand a strong emphasis on digital performance marketing and planning.

On-job or external trainings will be provided. As a 4As member agency, our team members get access to a plethora of training programmes.

Above all, ability to retain a positive work attitude in a fast-paced environment is a prerequisite.


Strategic Planning:

  • Be responsible for the planning input on pitches, and being the planning representative for the agency in portfolio and credentials presentation
  • To attend key client meetings, understand and document the business objectives
  • Formulate research roadmap to gather insights that tell stories effectively which should add value to securing a new business
  • Contributes to developing the agency's strategic planning know-how and capabilities; drives the effectiveness agenda
  • Be responsible in drawing out strategic framework in guiding the working team such as the client servicing and creative teams to maximise and optimise resource use and revenue
  • Maintain active accounts list and generate monthly reports on status and provide suggestions for potential revenue growths


Digital Marketing & Performance:

  • Lead a team of Strategy Executives and allocate workload through assessment
  • Guide and ensure the team provides sound strategic solutions to client’s digital queries
  • Ensuring client’s technical expectations are met through realistic goal setting
  • Ensuring team’s timely production for social media content strategy, planning and posting
  • Oversee the generation of ad strategy execution and reporting
  • Be responsible for the smooth operation of the firm’s digital ad accounts
  • Approve all monthly social media reports and recommendations
  • Consult, guide, and inspect team members’ Google Ads Search and Display execution
  • Ensure that the firm’s proposed strategies are current and up-to-date
  • Maintain a civil and productive working relationship with digital creative and client servicing
  • Direct and be responsible for a smooth digital live coverage when necessary


Requirements:

  • Minimum FIVE (5) years experience in advertising strategic planning / digital performance or related experience
  • At least TWO (2) certifications from leading digital platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook)
  • Additional certifications will be an added advantage (e.g. IPA Eff Test)
  • Advanced knowledge in analytics dashboards and ability to generate actionable insight
  • Full English working proficiency is required for the position
  • Ability to present ideas and reports independently

The performance marketing executive possesses sound understanding in performance – digital or otherwise, which lays foundation for marketing excellence. He or she takes responsibility in ensuring effectiveness in communications for all the brands we touch. On-job or external trainings will be provided. Strategic Planning:

  • To attend client meetings, understand and document the business objectives
  • Reads and analyses research data and briefs, translates it into coherent strategy (critical insights and underpins arguments) and presents it to others
  • Provides clarity of thought and communication on the account; has the ability to land ideas
  • Contributes to developing the agency's strategic planning know-how and capabilities; drives the effectiveness agenda
  • Assists the Strategy Manager for the majority of the planning input on pitches, and being the planning representative for the agency in portfolio and credentials presentation
  • Familiar with the type of qualitative and quantitative research available
  • Lead in ensuring and preparing client presentation collateral consistency and standards (collaborate with creative team and client servicing)


Digital Marketing & Performance:

  • Providing strategic solutions to client’s digital queries
  • Managing client’s technical expectations through goal setting and finding alternate solutions where necessary
  • Social media content strategy, planning and posting
  • Ad strategy, executing, optimising, and reporting
  • Prepare and manage digital ad buy
  • Monthly social media reports with recommendations
  • Google Ads Search and Display execution
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Liaising with digital creatives and client servicing to ensure accurate message delivery of posts
  • Post live coverage when necessary


Requirements:

  • Minimum ONE (1) year (Jr. Executive) or THREE (3) years (Sr Executive) advertising / marketing / planning / digital / performance or related experience
  • Knowledge in analytics dashboards and ability to generate actionable insight
  • Full English working proficiency is required for the position
  • Ability to present ideas and reports with minimal support
  • Have a knack for current happenings, versed in general knowledge and pop culture
  • Able to meet deadlines and maintain consistent content production in a timely manner
  • Self-sufficient & proactive in gathering data for content production
