To make the homeownership journey friendlier to first-time homebuyers, deal hunters, and financially constrained buyers, property developer Mah Sing Group collaborated with financial comparison website RinggitPlus to create a one-stop digital resource for property purchasing info. They approached Aforemention to make their resource appealing to their audience.
Solution
As we needed to connect with people from all walks of life, we centred our concept around the idea of the cool aunt. This idea was developed into Madam Loan, the face of the resource and its flagship feature – Malaysia’s first AI-powered home loan chatbot. We used a vibrant colour palette and fun, friendly language, connecting with a new generation of homebuyers through social media and press ads that promoted Madam Loan.
