Challenge

As Chinese families across the nation looked forward to finally reuniting with their loved ones for Chinese New Year, Sunway Property wanted to capitalise on the sense of togetherness and build brand awareness with their Warmest As One, with Sunway Property campaign. As their social media agency, Aforemention was tasked with the campaign’s digital execution.



Solution

We devised a strategy that reinforced Sunway Property’s identity of “Master Community Developer”, collaborating with the creative minds of FOREFRONT to form a coherent content rollout plan. The main star of the campaign was the festive Bai Jia Bei or 100 Bliss Blanket, serving not only as the visual anchor of the campaign but also a key content pillar, with several videos on the colourful patchwork promoting Sunway Property’s community-first stance. A pair of contests were carried out on Facebook and Instagram, supplemented by festive posts for the eve, first day, and final day of the Chinese New Year festivities.
